Description horizontal machining centres:
Horizontal machining centers MH series is designed for high-speed (series A) and the heavy processing (series B), particularly of complex basic parts of any construction materials.
Advantages:
– machining centers are equipped with high speed spindle;
– quick-change tables-satellites, which allows to minimize the time required for the installation of the workpiece. Table indexing 0.001 degree has the ability to power processing;
cooling system maintains a constant temperature of the spindle bearing, and a constant temperature of the ballscrews, which allows us to develop travel speed up to 36 m/min without the risk of overheating and ensures high accuracy of machining;
– the machine is equipped with two screw strojeconomica and one chip conveyor with the tank.
