Description:

Technology of production of nano – and submicron powders of refractory metals based on the use of electrochemical process in molten salts at which the recovery and crystallization of the metal takes place on the surface of the cathode or the thickness of the cathode layer and in the whole volume of the electrolytic bath.

The obtained nanopowders and submicron powders of metals: tantalum, niobium, Nickel, chromium, titanium, tungsten, molybdenum, cobalt and some of their carbides.
