Improve characteristics and properties of the coating
Metalloelastase cover:
Metalloelastase coverage represents coverage of a metal film containing dispersed in said metal film of particles of synthetic carbon diamond-containing material of ultrafine (nano-diamonds) associated with the metal coating.
Due to the presence in the coating of tiny particles of nanodiamonds, which are used as powerful structurant in different materials, such a coating becomes enhanced characteristics and properties (high hardness, wear resistance, heat resistance, antifrictional, etc.), several times or several dozen times greater than the properties of a simple metal coating. Moreover, the use of nanodiamond particles and various metals (chromium, gold, silver, copper, Nickel, platinum, cadmium , etc.) as matrix get various superior properties of the coating.
Metalloelastase coating has good anti-adhesive and anti-friction properties, pore-free submicrocrystalline structure and applied to any treatable surface and forms at normal temperatures. This coating allows to reduce the initial surface roughness of 1-2 class, and the friction coefficient several times.
Application of coating is carried out using standard electroplating equipment and tooling by electrochemical deposition from an electrolyte containing suspension of colloidal cluster particles of nanodiamonds and ions of a deposited metal. Consumption metalloelastase coating when applied to the surface is significantly lower than a traditional metal coating.
