Description:
Traditionally, the connection of glass and metal is particularly difficult because these materials are heterogeneous and almost incompatible because of the different coefficients of thermal expansion.
However, scientists proposed connection technology – welding of glass and metal using ultra-short flashes (pulses) of the laser with length of a few picoseconds. As the metal used is aluminium. Connection with the glass obtained is highly durable, can withstand temperature range from -50 to +90°.
