The pipeline repair using smart sleeve is a reconstruction of piping systems trenchless method. It provides a lifetime extension of the old pipe in 50 years, cost savings up to 10 times, high speed of installation and maintenance (3 days), high mechanical strength, durability, resistance to aggressive environments, heat resistance (operating temperature range (From -60 to +135) , resistance to high pressure of the repaired pipe, and the absence in these sediments.

Description:

The pipeline repair using smart sleeve is a reconstruction of piping systems trenchless method. This decision is very important in the modern world, because the pipelines in Russia are in a derelict state and in urgent need of repair:

in the housing sector — more than 65%

oil and gas pipelines — more than 45%.

The principle of the technology consists in the following. In the pre-treated worn-out pipe placed smart sleeve – the plastic tube of smaller diameter. With the help of steam-generating installations the design is heated to a plasticizing temperature (about 150). Due to relaxation properties of molecular bonds deformirovannykh intelligent sleeve under the influence of temperature expands against the wall of the recovered tubing and creates a new wear-resistant interior coating of the pipeline.

Smart sleeve more durable and abrasion resistant than regular plastic. He will not lose qualities, even when processing aggressive chemicals. The irradiation increases the temperature of the polymer up to 135 degrees, which allows its use in hot water systems.

Smart sleeve is designed:
