Recycling sawdust, wood chips, wood flour in the synthesis gas.

Recycling sawdust, wood chips, wood flour (biomass) into synthesis gas is carried out thermochemically. As biomass use sawdust or wood chips fractions 2-15 mm, or wood flour with particle size up to 0.15 mm. In result of processing of the formed carbonaceous residue and synthesis gas.

Description:

Recycling sawdust, wood chips, wood flour (biomass) into synthesis gas is carried out thermochemically. Method of thermochemical processing of biomass into synthesis gas, is to load the crushed material is dry biomass thermochemical reactor and subsequent pyrolysis of biomass without access of air to the temperature of thermal decomposition with the formation of by-products (carbonaceous residue) and synthesis gases discharged from the reactor in the circulating stream to the consumer. The process of pyrolysis in the reactor is carried out with simultaneous entry of the coolant based heated to the temperature of pyrolysis gaseous products, which used part removed from a circulating flow of the synthesisgas. The coolant further comprises water vapor (H2O) and/or carbon dioxide (CO2), the latter of which or water is injected into the stream of gaseous products before heating them to a temperature of pyrolysis. The processing of biomass in the reactor is carried out at a pyrolysis temperature of 600 °C – 1100 °C and a pressure of the entering gaseous products of 0.1-10 MPa.

Through the use of coolant carbon dioxide and/or water vapor increases the efficiency of processing biomass into synthesisgas through thermochemical reactions of carbon dioxide gas and water vapor from the pyrolysis of carbonaceous residue biomass. When implemented effectively the rate of conversion of carbonaceous residue in the synthesis gas, as used in thermochemical processing of biomass the gasification process limits the growth of the formation of carbonaceous residue in the pyrolysis process of the biomass.

As biomass use wood sawdust or wood chips fractions 2-15 mm, or wood flour with particle size up to 0.15 mm.

As a result of processing are formed carbonaceous residue and synthesis gas.
