Pre-engineered crane SMK-5.66 is a unique new tap that corresponds to modern requirements and objectives when carrying out construction works. It is designed to an efficient and timely execution of lifting operations in the construction of low-rise buildings (logistics and shopping centers, gated communities, sports facilities, etc.), as well as in cities in conditions of constrained development and limited space.
Pre-engineered crane SMK-5.66 is a new and unique fast-tap, corresponding to the modern requirements and tasks during the construction works. Pre-engineered crane SMK-5.66 is the analogue of the imported tower cranes, and superior to them in characteristics.
Pre-engineered crane SMK-5.66 has a height of 41.7 meters, a boom length of 43 meters and a lifting capacity of 5 tons With a maximum boom with lifting capacity of 5 tonnes – 13 metres, with 4 t – 16 m, 3 t – 20 meters, 2 t – 28 meters, 1 t – 43 meters.

Work area and dimensions:
Tower crane telescopically, allowing you to change the height of the lifting loads, and has two fixed positions: 21 m and 27 m. the Deployment boom is happening above ground with a minimum of space, providing the installation of the crane in cramped conditions. The departure of main boom is 34 m; the boom is lengthened by inserts 6 m and 3 to 40 and 43 m. the Maximum lifting height is achieved by setting the boom length 43 m at an angle of 20°, while the load capacity on any possible departure is 1 T. For obstacle avoidance there is a possibility of installation of the cap of the arrow at an angle of 45°.
Electric drive and control:
The drive of the working operations of the crane is electric powered from an external AC voltage of 380 V / 50 Hz. This ensures economical operation and high performance at the expense of energy consumption only during the execution of operations. Electric motors have long service life and require no maintenance. Speed control is by modern frequency converters with feedback. This scheme allows to obtain stable velocity of crane operations that do not depend on the mass of the load. The available values of the velocities and accelerations are set by the manufacturer and ensure maximum safety and efficiency of construction works.
Crane control is carried out from the remote control console through a wired channel (25 m) or by radio (up to 300 m).
Transport and installation:
Pre-engineered crane SMK-5.66 transported in the folded state with dismantled balances with podkatnyh trucks and the device coupling to the towing vehicle. The dimensions and weight of trains satisfy the transport envelope, and to move on public roads does not require a special permit.
Crane design provides full availability of the crane to work within 4 hours of delivery to the construction site. The installation is carried out by two people without the use of additional lifting equipment.
