Phosphorus – allotropic modification of phosphorus.
Description:
Phosphorus is a two – dimensional allotropic modification of phosphorus, which is obtained from the black phosphorus, is divided into monoatomic layers.
In its structure the phosphorus similar to the well known graphene, which is reflected in the title.
In contrast to graphene (great guide) phosphorus is a semiconductor with a gap is 1.75 eV.
Phosphorus is obtained by mechanical cleavage.
