Perforated beam stiffness.
Perforated beam – beam with slits in the wall, which will facilitate with mechanical parameters of the beam are preserved.
Perforated beam – beam with slits in the wall, which will facilitate with mechanical parameters of the beam are preserved. Underutilized section of the wall in the Central area as it is withdrawn, that for the majority of the beams do not pose any danger.
Beams with perforated wall allow to save 20-30% material unlike rolling I-beams. The complexity of the manufacture of I-beams with perforated wall is also lower than the welded I-beams, due to reduced machining operations and the amount of welding.
The slits may have the shape of a circle, sine wave, trapezoid, rectangle , etc shapes.
Perforated beam stiffness type PBR-36 is designed for making slabs of spans with a length of 18-40 m in the construction of coverings of buildings and structures.
– reducing the cost of load-bearing structures of the coating by 10-20%
– weight reduction designs 10-25 %,
– reducing the complexity of installation.
