Description:

The technology ensures the production of sulfur and an effective treatment of gases with high (5-95 vol.%) and with low (0.01 to 5 vol.%) content of hydrogen sulfide.

Compact installation can be created directly in the places of production of oil, gas and their primary training. Installation carry out the direct catalytic oxidation of hydrogen sulfide to elemental sulfur.

The technology can be implemented in two versions depending on the content of hydrogen sulfide:

the content of hydrogen sulfide in gases 5-95 vol.%. The objects of treatment are “sour” gases, gases of Hydrotreating, natural gas etc. the cleaning Process is carried out in a reactor with a fluidized (“fluidized”) by a layer of catalyst,

the content of hydrogen sulfide in gases of 0.01-5 vol.%. The objects of treatment are associated petroleum and natural gases, the tail gases of the Claus process, geothermal steam, biogas , etc. the Process is carried out in a reactor with a fixed catalyst bed, including a block catalyst honeycomb structure.
