Moulding complex for the production of construction products Formanta Hercules.
Forming complex Formanta Hercules is designed to produce a wide range of construction products – building blocks, masonry (cinder blocks, pushblock, keramzitobeton, etc.), facing stones, paving slabs with a thickness of 40 mm, double-layer and coloured tiles, borders, Foundation blocks, lintels, garden curbs, drainage trays, etc. in an automated mode.

Forming complex Formanta Hercules is designed to produce a wide range of construction products – building blocks, masonry (cinder blocks, pushblock, keramzitobeton, etc.), facing stones, paving slabs with a thickness of 40 mm, double-layer and coloured tiles, borders, Foundation blocks, lintels, garden curbs, drainage trays, etc. in an automated mode.
After forming the product is loading in the rack for further drying. The drying products can be made in different ways:
– natural drying – 12 hours
steaming chamber for 4-8 hours.
During this time products are gaining strength to 70%, then stored on pallets, and shipped to the consumer.
