Material for electronics of the future

Material for electronics of the future.

Description:

Material for future electronics is a thin film magnet with a thickness of one to several atomic layers, allows using a magnetic field to line up the spins of the electrons in one direction and to implement it on the basis of spintronic technology.

Spintronic technology or spintronics is electronics based on quantum properties of the electron. Spintronics in the future will supersede traditional electronics based on semiconductors. Spintronics differs from the traditional microelectronics with its ultra-small size, components of nanometers and tens of nanometers, low power consumption and lack of heat. The information in the form of zero or unit is set by the spin of the electron, but not its electric charge (as in microelectronics). Change the spin direction and its numerical values is due to the influence of the magnetic field.
