Machine for blowing of PET containers A-12000-7 is intended for the production of PET bottles from a heated preform by the method of extraction and two stage blowing a seven-seater in the mold. On equipment can produce bottles from 0.25 to 2.0 liters. The performance of the machine is 12000 bottles per hour.
The machine consists of a power installation, a furnace for heating the preform autoloader preform and container terminal management. Autoloader orients the preforms and feeds them to the heating zone. Furnace for heating of preforms intended for uniform heating of the preform and positioning the step in the capture zone for the carriage of the manipulator.
The design uses servo-actuators, providing a constant speed and gain for better quality of stretching preforms at predvedeme.
