Line for production of fiberglass rebar is designed for production of fiberglass rebar of various diameters from 4 to 24 mm.

Production technology:

Technology of production of fiberglass plastic armature is as follows. Filament roving (60 pieces) with special devices (Creel) is transmitted to the take-up mechanism, where they are arranged in the appropriate order. Arranged in the order the threads are in the stage of drying and pre-heating with hot air. The heated roving is immersed in the impregnating bath. From the bath the material is pulled through the die to obtain a given diameter of rebar the future. After the dies the threads go on the wrapper, the forming of the valve stem with the coil. The thickness of the winding depends on the type of valve: thicker is for classic product, slim – in the manufacture of rods with a sandy grit. Prepared obmotochnye fittings is a tunnel oven. At the entrance to the oven is set to the node that distributes the rod to the sand. If the grit is not provided, this device remains empty. A tunnel oven is designed to accelerate the process of polymerization of the impregnating resins. Hot rod wiring harness goes into the cooling bath under running water it is completely cooled. Continuous, the cooled rod is passed through the pull mechanism, the output from which is cut the rod according to a given size or winding in the Bay.

The main raw material for the production of fiberglass reinforcement is glass roving. In addition to the roving for the manufacture of fiberglass reinforcement are required: resin, thread spletna (roving, which goes to the coil of rebar), ethyl alcohol, acetone, dicyandiamide.

Line consumes in the process of 5-7 kW. electricity, however, when heating (for 30 minutes) required increased power of about 16 kW.

For a service line requires 2 operators.
