Description:

Thermal hydrodynamic pump cavitation device for receiving heat generated by converting mechanical energy of rotation of the motor into thermal energy of the working fluid. Is a heat pump in its thermodynamic sense.

Thermal hydrodynamic pump is also referred to as a vortex heat pump.

Hydrodynamic pump generates heat by means of changes in physical-mechanical parameters of liquid medium during its flow under the complex influence of the accelerated and retarded motion (the so-called controlled cavitation).

The system of heating based on hydrodynamic pump consists of the following main parts:

the actual hydrodynamic pump, which is a cavitation devicethat is connected to the heating system

motor,

couplings

frame

automatic control system (controller).

A hydrodynamic pump and the motor are mounted on a single frame. Torque from the electric motor is transmitted to the pump via the hydrodynamic coupling.
