Heat resistant material – polymer composite material to protect the furnace walls from heating of the basalt fiber to buy for insulation application essay

Heat-resistant material is more durable than titanium or aircraft aluminium.

Heat-resistant material capable of withstanding heat up to approximately 450 degrees Celsius without damage to its structure easily melts and has a low viscosity. This material will allow to reduce the weight of engines and to simplify their design.

Description

The problem

Advantages

Description:

Heat resistant material – polymer composite material that can withstand heat up to about 450 degrees Celsius without damage to its structure, created on the basis of two relatively simple parts – unsaturated hydrocarbon propargyl and nitrogen compounds and benzene.

Problem:

Polymer composites are not capable of withstanding high temperatures. Now temperature range of use of polymer composites is not more than 150C for the most common materials and up to 250C for heat-resistant.

Advantages:

– heat-resistant material suitable for operation at temperatures up to 450 ° C;

has simplicity of processing, comparable with the most common application for these purposes, epoxy resins;

– quite easy to melt and low viscosity, which allows to produce composite materials fairly cheaply compared to other heavy-duty composites used today in the industry;

– heat resistant material – polymer composite material due to its characteristics will allow to reduce the weight of engines and to simplify their design.
