The composite winding is a technological process of production of products by stacking the thermosetting resin impregnated filaments (rovings) of glass, basalt, carbon or organic compounds on a rotating mandrel.

During winding are formed radially-cross-layers, the interaction of which formed a sturdy structure. High accuracy of positioning of the fibers on the mandrel is achieved by using equipment with modern CNC systems. In the structures made by winding, the direction of stresses may be varied. This allows to design such structures, in which the material is used with a high degree of efficiency.

Each winding equipment composite materials is equipped with a pulling path, a material feeding device (a Creel or automated reel device) and is a complete device for the process of the composite winding.

Every machine is supplied software for the generation of control programs on a workplace of the technologist under Windows OS (98, XP, Vista, 7, 8, 10). CAD programmer engineer is referenced to the geometric characteristics of the machine and provides, through dialogue, create the control program for winding pipe, tank, bowl, containers and products of complex shape.
