Catalysts for oil refining on the basis of oxides of aluminum and chromium

Catalysts for oil refining on the basis of oxides of aluminum and chromium.

More efficient and successfully used in the global petrochemical industry catalysts for stationary layer (in the form of granules). Catalyst based on oxides of aluminum and chromium increases the efficiency of oil refining, increase output of the target product by 5-10%. Loaded into an industrial reactor not once a year.

Description

Advantages

Description:

To obtain the valuable unsaturated hydrocarbonsrequired for polymer chemistry (for example, for the production of various plastics) in Russia uses the catalyst of the fluidized bed in the form of dust. This method has some significant drawbacks: low depth of processing, toxic emissions, high energy consumption.

More efficient and successfully used in the global petrochemical industry catalysts for stationary layer (in the form of granules).

The domestic use of the developed catalysts based on oxides of aluminum and chromium increases the depth of oil refining, which in turn increases the yield of the target product by 5-10%, which for the industry significantly.

Granular chromia-alumina catalyst is loaded into industrial reactors is not more than once a year, whereas the traditional catalyst dust is completely consumed already in 1-3 months. In addition, the use of this granular chromia-alumina catalyst will reduce the wear and tear of equipment and toxic emissions in the atmosphere.

Advantages:

– less consumption,

the increase in the yield of the target product by 5-10%

– reduced wear of equipment

reduction of toxic emissions,

– increasing the depth of oil refining.
