This line of bakery products are durable, which enables manufacturing of such a product any rolls with toppings like Shawarma.

The lavash production process as follows. The finished dough from the hopper of the forming matrix is supplied on rolls, which is rolled to a thickness of 0.5 mm. Line different five-step system of rolling dough. Next, the dough passes to the conveyor stretching, where the stretching reaches a thickness of 0.2 mm. Extended conveyor transfers the layer of dough on the tracked conveyor tunnel furnace. Tunnel kiln with a track length of 6 meters, temperature 380-400 degrees for 50 seconds bakes a 0.2 mm layer of dough until ready. Baked with a sheet of dried lavash is cut by a rotating guillotine blade. Then pita bread, cut into a certain length, passes over the humidifier conveyor. Ready lavash with the help of the conveyor passes under water sprays and receives sufficient amount of moisture to achieve the desired degree of softness of the pita bread. After moistening the finished pita moves to the packing station.
